What is healing?
Healing is the art of allowing the body to complete a natural energetic and emotional cycle. Innately, the human system knows how to take in food, air, experiences and information, digest them and discard anything that doesn’t nurture the system.
But sometimes when we are faced with extreme situations or repetitive incidents, our defense mechanisms get stuck and hold on to these incidents unconsciously, which prevents the cycle of energy to complete and discharge.
Parts of our energetic-physical-emotional structure become frozen and the energy is not released properly. This is a natural defense mechanism that works to our best intention at the time, preventing ourselves from totally falling apart. But after a few years if not released it can create a heavy burden on our wellbeing, behavior, relationships and general health.
Once we are stronger to deal with the incident(s) and complete the energetic process, the healing can continue and the stuck energy can complete its cycle, which allows the body-mind back to the natural state. This allows a healing space to create a new story about ourselves which empowers us to act with self responsibility and direction.
While these moments can bring deep sadness, anger or fear (as the original situation included) they also allow immense relief and feelings of closure and equanimity.
The healing is complete when the person is free from the past and can live his/her life more fully and balanced in the present.

Frequently Asked Questions
What Healing tools do you use?
I use a combination of tools from psychic intuition to crystals, a pendulum, rattle, shamanic drum and feathers. Eventually each tool has a different energetic effect and can be used in various ways to enhance the clarity and efficiency of the process:
Hands and crystals are used to balance or stimulate chakras.
Feathers are used to cut off and clean negative energies or to stimulate a chakra.
A pendulum is used to answer a specific question, verify the truth and examine different points in the body for blockages.
A shamanic drum or rattle can induce a deeper state of mind, allow relaxation and is used as a tool for journeying and retrieving insights, lost soul parts or energetic cord cutting.
What does a healing session consist of?
A classic 60 minute healing session begins by exploring the issue and immediate roots. During the conversation we can glimpse at underlying core ideas or hidden motives that might be “unconsciously ignored”. With these themes together we will go deeper until we find the core story and hidden emotions.
While you are comfortably laying down, we begin the process of examining the chakras and balancing them, giving extra attention to the chakras that are blocked or operating in excess. During this time I might ask guiding questions that will stimulate emotions to clean the chakras and stuck energy. It’s possible to feel vibration, heat/cold, contractions in the body, remember events or even to fall asleep.
To wrap up the session we sit and discuss the insight and feelings which came up in order to integrate the experience.
How many sessions are needed to heal an issue?
Normally, after four sessions you will feel a shift of energy and after eight sessions there’s a noticeable change in the feeling and perspective of the issue.
Depending on the severity of the issue and if the sessions are happening on a weekly basis, eight sessions are ideal to deal with a single issue. Of course each person is different and sometimes dealing with one issue can spark the motivation to deal with other issues which are related.
What is the difference between shamanic healing and energy healing?
In essence there is no difference. Shamanic work uses the same energy field that “regular” energy healing uses but with different modalities and approaches.
While Shamanic work can use a person's inner world of symbols or energy field, energy healing can be more focused on chakras and their relation to body parts but there are many different methods who do the same under different names. It’s all based on the same spiritual principle of unity.
I meditate regularly and go through lots of self growth modalities, how can healing help me?
Same as that a person that knows how to swim can still drown under specific conditions and would need the help of a lifeguard. We are usually blind to our automatic beliefs, thought patterns and behaviors. Our defense mechanism and ego prevents us from feeling pain and loss due to traumatic events and we hide in our subconscious.
So there’s always a limit to how much we can help ourselves without an outsider’s objective point of view that can see through us. A healer can also help you see the big picture while you’re stuck in a rock bottom situation and can’t seem to find a way out.
What if I don´t believe in spiritual concepts?
Spirit works whether you believe in it or not just as radio waves are transmitted through the air whether we see them or not. If we choose to turn on the radio dial to a specific station we will be able to hear it.
All that is needed for a healing session is the intention to heal. This means, to be open to the possibility of transformation no matter how smooth or rough the process is going to be and to share your experience with the healer.
What’s the integration process like, after a session?
Most healing sessions will leave you feeling better. You might feel physical relief, relaxation, a positive attitude to life or just increase in positive energy. However, sometimes there can be side effects that are less pleasant like mild sadness, low energy, mild anger, irritability or emotional sensitivity. It’s all part of the natural process of the body-mind reintegration and balancing.
It is important to be able to rest and be in a positive environment with positive people in the following days after each session to allow the body to discard the remaining negative energies in the most calm and nurturing way.
After the session, it is very helpful to keep a diary of any insights, dreams, intuitions or coincidences that happened during your journey. This helps validate the depth of the healing that happened and keep track of signs of improvement.
